Our home was newly renovated in early '25, providing a clean & modern finish while still retaining its rustic charm. From big-screen TVs, an updated AC/heater system, refurbished kitchens, and old-school fireplaces, we have the best of both worlds.

What are the quiet hours?

Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We ask all guests to keep noise to a minimum during this time.

Is smoking allowed on the property?

For everyone’s safety and due to high fire risk, smoking is strictly prohibited, both indoors and outdoors.

What happens if something gets damaged during my stay?

We lovingly maintain Tranquil Trails and ask that you treat it with care. In the event of damage, a fee of up to $500 may be charged.

Can I use candles or incenses inside the cabin?

To keep everyone safe, no open flames are allowed indoors, including candles and incense. Feel free to enjoy the BBQ and firepit outdoors, and please follow all safety guidelines.

Can I use the indoor fireplace?

Yes! The fireplace is available for your comfort. Just make sure to use it responsibly and never leave it unattended.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are welcome only with prior approval. Please contact us before your stay to make arrangements.

What should I do with my trash?

Please place all trash in the bear-proof bin provided, and make sure it’s properly secured at all times.

Battery-Powered Lights Only

No open flames indoors, including candles and incense. The BBQ and fire-pit are absolutely okay to use - just please follow all safety guidelines while using them
